"They have been asked to report at the Sri Lanka Cricket (SLC) board office in the afternoon and the tests will be conducted between 1.30 to 2.30 at the Sports Medicine Center", one of the SLC sources revealed.
Apparently, the SLC has decided to send 18 players for the first PCR tests. The 18 are chosen from the squad chosen with the standbys.
"The players will have no training sessions in Colombo and the squad is scheduled to leave for Kandy and join bio-bubble directly on January 10. The visiting Zimbabwe team is also arriving on Sunday/Monday, will leave for Kandy directly from the Colombo airport", the source further added.
