5 IEDs defused in Mahore
REASI, Feb 1: Security forces today claimed to have detected and defused five Improvised Explosive Devices (IEDs) in a hideout in Mahore area of Reasi district.

Official reports said that based on specific information, a joint team of army and police today detected five IEDs (weighing one kg each) in a hideout at Shekhari in Mahore area of Reasi district today.

The IEDs were later defused and the hideout busted, reports added.

Defence spokesman, however, claimed that a large quantity of warlike stores including 4 IED (1 Kg) with detonator in metallic cylinder (destroyed in situ) and an IED (500 gms) with detonator in metallic cylinder (destroyed in situ) were recovered.
