| | Water spillage from Tankers | | | Dear Editor,
Water is getting scarcer by the day. As the sources dry up in the summer season, people are forced to look for alternatives other than their own normal water supply. It is a common sight to see the tankers fulfilling the demands of the masses to a large extent, though obviously by coughing up a good amount as fee.
In their race to fulfill these demands, the tankers go ahead with such a speed that they overlook certain crucial factors. Most of the times, it is seen that a lot of water wastage takes place in the form of spillages every now and then. In this way, a lot of precious resource is lost which is criminal in these days of water shortage. In the absence of proper water resources, these tankers come in handy for most of the people. The people themselves should insist these tanker drivers to take utmost care to prevent the spillages from taking place and thus save gallons of water.
