| | Zonal Level Inter-Panchayat tourney Commences in Bhaderwah | | | JAMMU, Oct 14: The Department of Youth Services and Sports organize two days Block Level inter Panchayat (PYKKA) Tournament of Block Bhaderwah got under way at Girls Hr. Sec School Bhaderwah .
Ashwani Kumar Koul Principal Girls Hr. Sec School Bhaderwah was the Chief Guest and Ajit Kumar Kotwal Principal Hr. Sec. School Boys Bhaderwah was the guest of honour.
While addressing the massive gathering participants and spectators, the Chief Guest appreciated the participants and role of field staff for organizing the tournament in systematic manners and declared the tournament open.
A total 205 Boys/Girls students/Non students drawn from 16 Panchayats are competing in sporting event that would witness matches in volley Ball, Kabaddi, Kho-Kho Hand Ball and Taekwondo.
The tournament is being conducted under all over the supervision of DYSSO Doda Mr. S.R. Kotwal and under the guidance of Ashok Kotwal Z.P.E.O Bhaderwah and K.K.Kotwal Z.P.E.O Bhalla.
On the first day, in Volley Ball Dugga Panchayat defeated Chinchora Panchayat by 2-1 sets in Kabaddi Buttla Panchayat defeated Sungli Panchayat by 2 Points in Kho-Kho Saddar Panchayat defeated Ghata Panchayat by 5 Points
The Match was officiated by Aftab Alam , Rafi-ud-Din , Jai Kumar , Sanjay , Subash Chander Sharma , Leela Kotwal , Neeta Manhas, Alka , Rajni Kotal and Susheela Kumari. |
