| | Sessions Judge directs SHO Janipur to register FIR | | Missing court files | | JAMMU, Nov 1(JNF): Principal Sessions Judge Jammu Jang Bahadur Singh Jamwal today directed SHO Police Station Janipur to register a case on the basis of a complaint received from the Court of 3rd Additional Munsiff Jammu with regard to missing court files. In the complaint, the clerk Ashwani Raina submitted that on October 25, 2012 when the Presiding Officer was on leave to celebrate Eid and at about 4:15 PM, he was working as per routine and was setting the files as per the dates, he required some blank green papers and for that he went inside the Nazir Room. However, within fraction of seconds when he came back to his table, he found bundle of files and black leather bag containing personal documents, lunch box, pens, tags etc missing. He informed the Nazir and tried his level best to trace the files but all in vain and prayed that action should be initiated in the matter. |
