| | RRC to organize 2nd Anti Drug Cricket tourney from Nov 18 | | | JAMMU, Nov 8: 2nd Anti Drug Cricket tournament is going to be organized by Red Rose Cricket Club Arnia and Lions Club Bishnah Gourav at Red Rose Cricket Stadium Arnia from November 18.
All the Cricket team from North Zone will participate in the tournament . Relevant to mention here that such an initiative has been taken to highlight Rural life of Border areas and also to enable the local youth to participate in Sports and Games and thereby avoiding the use of Drugs.
It deserves mentioning here that Government of Jammu and Kashmir is very much concerned to boost the Sports and Games for providing the Youth of State a platform from where they can build up their physique to ensure there better contribution for the upliftment of the society. Under the circumstances the step taken by Red Rose Club Arnia holds lot of significance as they are providing handsome reward besides organizing the event in the border areas.
The first prize of the tournament will be One Lac and 2nd prize will be 25 thousands. So many other prizes will also be awarded between the players as decided by the management of the tournament.
