BJP condoles demise of Ex-MLA

JAMMU, Dec 6: To condole the sad demise of Praja Parishad, Bharatiya Jana Sangh & BJP veteran leader and former MLA for Billawar Dhyan Singh, a condolence meeting was held here today.

Shamsher Singh Manhas, while paying tributes to the departed soul, said that it was due to the dedication, commitment and zeal to work for strengthening the nationalist forces in the state, which took this simple man to new heights in life which later proved to be a source of inspiration for the new people. He said that Dhyan Singh never compromised on the ideology and principles as a result of which he achieved the distinction of being a man of masses. He said the real tribute to this noble soul will be to take pledge for adopting his principles in our lives and further take his ideology to the young generations.

2-minute silence was also observed for the peace of the departed soul.
