| | Inter Frontier Athletics meet 2012-13 begins: Kuldeep bags gold in 800 mtr | | | JAMMU, Dec 10: DIG BSF Udhampur Lakhwinder Singh Bal today inaugurated BSF Inter Frontier Games at BSF Stadium Paloura here .
Lakhwinder Singh Bal, DIG took the salute from colorful marching contingents of the players representing various Frontiers of BSF from all over the country. A lively cultural programme was presented by the students of BSF School, Paloura.
Speaking on the occasion, the chief guest urged that physical fitness is of the utmost importance for everyone, young and old. Participation in games and sports invariably ensures good health, fitness and generally, freedom from ailments of various types. Hundreds of athletes will compete in sports categories which will conclude on 14 Dec 2012.
