| | JU Inter- Collegiate TT (M) tourney: MIET defeats GDC Samba in opening tie | | | JAMMU, Dec 17: MIET defeated GDC Samba by 3-0 in opening tie of the Inter- Collegiate Table Tennis (M) Tournament being organised by the Directorate of Sports & Physical Education University of Jammu Gymnaisum Hall here today.
Principal GGM Sc. College Prof. Satinder Singh were the Chief Guest who declared open the tournament. He was introduced with the various team and officials of the institutions and he in his speech encouraged the palyers to play in the healthy and sound way.
The other officals who were present on the occasion were Prof. Karan Singh, Prof. Dhinesh Jasrotai , Prof. Sami, Dr. Vinod Bakshi , Physical Director GGM Sc. College , RAvinder Singh, Mahesh Sharma, Balbir Physical Director GECT , Smt. Neelam Chalotra, Dr. Sonam Angchok, Sh. Romesh Thakur Physical Director Sant Roach Singh College, Ramesh Magotra Sr. T.T coach.
The matches were officiated by Ravish Vaid, Amit Sharma and Sandeep .
